The 11th Cross-Strait Patent Forum was held at the Linze Pavilion of Law College of National Taiwan University, which was Jointly organized by All-China Patent Attorneys Association and Taiwan Federation of Industries. The one day and a half of forum attracted more than 200 representatives from cross-strait industry and patent agency industry. The representatives exchanged views on the development of the patent policy and response strategies in the era of wisdom, the opportunities and challenges of the patent agency industry, the development of emerging science and technology patent examination practice, the prospects and countermeasures of emerging science and technology patent issues, and the challenges and countermeasures of patent trials. The meeting closely meets the requirements of the time development and truly reflects the common concerns of the people in the cross-strait patent industry and industrial circles. It will effectively promote the in-depth exchanges and cooperation in the field of cross-strait patent.
Mr. Dajian Wu, president and chief partner of YUHONG Intellectual Property Law Firm participated in this Forum as a vice President of All-China Patent Attorneys Association. He hosted the roundtable discussion on the prospects and countermeasures to emerging science and technology patent issues on December 12.
