Ms. Lei started her career in patent agency in 2016. Ms. Lei has practice on patent harvesting, drafting and prosecution as well as finalizing translations of various application documents. Ms. Lei has worked on drafting response to office action in the substantive examination proceedings, and handling reexamination.
Ms. Lei has handled many cases in the technical fields of petroleum, coal chemical, food science, chemical engineering, etc.
Prior to working as a patent attorney, Ms. Lei had worked as a chemical process engineer and accumulated rich experience, which lays a solid foundation for her patent career. Ms. Lei holds a M.S. in Chemical Engineering and Technology from The University of Manchester, the United Kingdom and a B.S. in Food Science and Engineering from Beijing Technology and Business University.
