Mr. Gui has a deep theoretical foundation and rich practical experience in patent practice in the chemical field. His main areas of expertise include drafting new patent applications in the chemical field, patent portfolio. Mr. Gui is proficient in English and familiar with Chinese patent law and patent examination system, as well as patent law and patent examination system of many countries in Europe and the United States, which enables him to provide comprehensive patent case handling and IPR consulting services to domestic clients. Before joining YUHONG, Mr. Gui worked as a patent agent and patent engineer in Beijing R&P Intellectual Property Agency Co.
Mr. Gui Linfeng has served major clients including China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, National Energy Investment Group, Beijing Low Carbon Clean Energy Research Institute, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, COFCO Biochemical Company Limited, COFCO Nutrition & Health Research Institute Co.
Mr. Gui holds a M.S. in Jiangnan University of Chemical Engineering and a B.S. in Hunan Institute of Technology of Applied Chemistry.
